The BMW iX Series is BMW’s advanced lineup of all-electric SUV’s.

BMW launched several digital campaigns with low CTRs, realizing their display campaign targeting was too broad and not reaching the right audience, leading to inefficient advertising expenditure.

The Approach

BMW contacted us at Refinery89 to optimize their advertising budget and target audiences interested in their electric vehicles.

Leveraging our Interest-Driven Targeting solution, we identified a user segment interested in luxury car brands, environmental sustainability, and green tech. We delivered the campaign through Premium High Viewability placements and Direct Native XL in premium content positions, ensuring optimal visibility and high engagement. As a result, BMW saw a significant increase in CTR and a more efficient allocation of their advertising spend. The targeted approach also enhanced brand perception among eco-conscious consumers.
